Want to learn the basics of cooking or how to meal prep for yourself? 

Chef Misha provides individualized coaching to help you reach your goals. We will go over any dietary objectives you have and offer suggestions on how to reach them. After your first session, your chef will generate a 2 week plan consisting of shopping lists, recipes, optional organization of your kitchen, and even give you one-on-one private cooking lessons. 

Meal prepping doesn't have to be hard or complicated. With guidance, we can give you the tools to take a daunting task and turn it into a habit and skill you will have for a lifetime!

$119 / session 


  • 2 hour in-person coaching session. during this time we will go over what goals you have for meal prepping, your current pain points in trying to achieve them and building a strategy together to tackle them.

  • Unlimited email support (questions, brainstorming). Before and after our sessions you are welcome to email or text Chef Misha with questions regarding your meal prep or meal plans.

  • 2 weeks of custom shopping lists, recipes, and prep sheets will be created just for you.

  • Optional (additional $50): kitchen organization, kitchen stocking, inventory system
