Meet Chef Misha

I have always been interested in both health and performance. Throughout my childhood I competed heavily in equestrian sports. Pushing myself and my equestrian partner to the limits, and because of that experience I was introduced various aspects of nutrition and physical training. In college I began power lifting competitively and then moved to bodybuilding. During this time I began resorting to extreme diet practices - whatever could help me make my goals for competition prep.

I began pushing 100+ hour work weeks until I was sick more often than not and decided I had to focus on my health. During the journey to rehabbing my health, a new appreciation for balance, nutrition, wellness, and self-love developed. I discovered my passion and purpose is to help others find the balance, peace, self-love, and compassion I have found for myself. All while being a total goal crushing, adventure seeking badass!

When I'm not cooking and helping others achieve their health goals--you can find me submerged in my latest book, hiking with my dog, and riding horses. I also love traveling the world and continuing to pursue self-improvement.

I can't wait to meet you and help you navigate every step of your transformation to better health!
